ANCESTRAL ALCHEMY RETREAT

Welcome to the Ancestral Alchemy retreat!

This retreat was created for beautiful souls who are tired of carrying the weight, the lies, the masks for who they truly are in the world. This is for women who are ready to say YES!! To all that is meant for them in this world. To be fully connected to themselves, their bodies, their divine guidance , their goddess within, to deep and fulfilling relationships, to be fully expressed in their truth without fear or hesitation. They are simply ready to say see me roar!! And head fully into their dreams, visions and desires for the life they want in this lifetime. Giving themselves permission to release and let go of the layers that they have been carrying. Grieving them, thank them for it has all served for a purpose. Then creating space to be seen, heard, held in sacred sisterhood to be free and vulnerable to do so.

RETREAT FLOW

DAY 1: MON 25 SEPT: ARRIVE

• Arrive at Enchanted Manor

• Check into your private suite

• Orientation

• Opening ceremony & Intention setting

• Welcome dinner

DAY 2: TUES 26 SEPT

• Kundalini Yoga

• Breakfast

• Acknowledge, speak & witness each other's stories

• Coming home to Self (past & present)

• Ceremony to reconnect to your body Temple - womb, heart, 3rd eye and to your higher self

• A gift of self

DAY 3: WED 27 SEPT

• Kundalini Yoga

• Breakfast

• Tune into the Dragon Nation as we heal the Mother/Daughter wound

• Honouring this Sacred connection and creating a new beginning

• Deepening into forgiveness and stepping into peace.

DAY 4: THURS 28 SEPT

• Breakfast

• Ceremony to call forth 7 generations backwards and forwards to release the chords, agreements, attachments that are holding you back. Here is where we give our ancestors a chance to express what needs to be expressed. We give them forgiveness, compassion and grace so that we can move forward unencumbered by these old shackles that keep us small and meek. That keep us from using our voices; from living our truth for fear of shame, judgments, persecution, death and so on. We honour them as they honour us. A death before a rebirth. An ending for a new beginning. We honour the bravery and courage of their stories by living ours in our authentic RAWRness and truth.

After lunch, walk through the natural forest to St. Lawrence, the Ventnor Botanical Gardens & Steephill Cove.

DAY 5: FRI 29 SEPT

• Kundalini Yoga

• Breakfast

• Sacred ceremonies of remarriage. The commitment to oneself. The dreams, goals and desires that are wanting to be birthed through you. This is a time of sacred celebration. A new “birthing” of you! Honouring ourselves in all ways and we will consecrate an item , a talisman that we will wear to remind us of this commitment to oneself. It will be the item of truth. Then we celebrate! A new cycle, our new beginnings.

AFTER LUNCH, ENJOY A SOUND THERAPY SESSION TO BALANCE YOUR CHAKRA’S AND ALIGN TO YOUR HIGHER SELF.

Evening closing ceremony including preparing for your homecoming and clearing any Astral gravity there.

Farewell dinner and celebration as we own who we are becoming and weave the transition from this sacred space to our homes.

DAY 6: SAT 30 SEPT - DEPARTURE

Departing after breakfast from this sacred sisterhood gathering we have created and that will continue to live on as we remain connected energetically and spiritually.

All meals will be delicious and clean (vegan/vegetarian) to purify our body temples through this journey. There will also be surprise gifts for you during our sacred time together. Yay!

• Return transfers from/to Heathrow Airport

• Ground transportation on the Isle of Wight for all included transfers and activities

• 6 days|5 nights (Exclusive Use) accommodation at Enchanted Manor in single accommodation for each participant (i.e: one woman per room)
